WORKING MIGRANTS AS SUBJECTS OF OUT MIGRATION: SPECIAL FEATURES OF INTEGRATION LEGAL CONTROL IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In the light of migration challenges faced by modern Russia, public services and the society still do not pay much attention to the major problem of migrants integration in the host country . The article is devoted to the analysis of legal regulation features of integration of working migrants in the Russian Federation. The authors come to a conclusion that there is a gradual development of law bases for foreign worker status definition, and the principles of its mutual relations with the state and the employer are being established. At the same time there is a lack of system approach to regulation of the given relations that essentially interferes with foreign workers integration into the Russian labor market.
